We belong to different Churches. But we share one humanity.
PATRIA brings Christian Churches, communities, organizations and people together to confront challenges that no denomination and no country can solve alone.
We are not creating another Church.
We are creating a space for shared responsibility.
Unity without surrendering tradition. Cooperation without losing identity.

Ask it of yourself before you ask it of anyone else.
If not us, who?
Humanity has learned to do extraordinary things. We can edit genes. Send machines beyond the Solar System. Build systems capable of reasoning. Create weapons capable of destroying cities in minutes.
But we still have not learned how to live with one another. Wars continue. Millions lack food and clean water. Millions more live in profound loneliness in the middle of enormous cities.
We create technology faster than we create rules for using it. We change the planet faster than we understand the consequences. And too often, we assume that someone else will solve these problems.
But Christians are part of that “someone.” Churches are already present among people every day — in cities and villages, wealthy countries and poor ones, in peace and in war.
We already have:
- People
- Knowledge
- Buildings
- Schools
- Hospitals
- Charities
- Universities
- Media
- Millions of local communities
What we often lack is the habit of acting together. PATRIA exists to change that.

01 The register of open questions
Problems that do not ask what Church we belong to.
None of these challenges can be solved by one Church, one government, or one organization. They must become part of our shared responsibility.

02 Christian unity
We do not have to become the same to act together.
Christian Churches have real theological, historical and canonical differences. PATRIA does not deny them. We do not pretend they do not matter.
Instead, we begin with another question: what can we already do together?
- We do not need identical liturgies to fight hunger.
- We do not need one model of church governance to help refugees.
- We do not need to resolve every theological dispute before demanding meaningful human control over autonomous weapons.
- We do not need institutional unity before we can protect human life.
Our differences do not need to disappear. Our hostility does.

04 Common institutions
Good intentions are not enough.
One conference will not solve a crisis. One declaration will not build peace. Human beings cannot depend on whether a good volunteer happens to appear today.
PATRIA therefore exists not only to connect people, but to help build common Christian institutions capable of sustained action.

05 Participation
There is a place for you here.
For two thousand years, Christianity has taught us to love our neighbour.
Now we must learn how to become neighbours to one another — together.
We do not know what challenges the next century will bring. But we know this:
- War does not have to be inevitable.
- Hunger does not have to be normal.
- Technology does not have to become humanity’s master.
- Loneliness does not have to become a sentence.
- And our differences do not have to prevent us from doing good together.
